Folk festival in Velukiy Buichkov

In the midle of august in the village Velukiy Buichkov make a nice folk cabbage rols festival.

In the sentral park near the border wiht Romaina are celebrating the day of the village. Folk music and national food in one place, really interesting to see.

Thousands of visitors from different cities come here every year to taste the local stuffed cabbage.

People in traditional Hutsul costumes, national musical instruments and traditional Carpathian food.

All this almost in the geografical center of continental Europ, in West part of Ukraine.

If you like ethnic music and traditional cuisine - then you should definitely come here.

Slavyansk is a city that was under Russian occupation, and then freed Ukrainian army. A year Slavyansk lives a peaceful life, and only sometimes found marks of the recent war. During back trip to Kharkov we will see Sviatohorsk - the small city not far from Slavyansk, where took place a big monasterry - Sviatohirska Lavra.
